Present a neat and joyful first impression. Be prepared to assist agents with their needs. Cheerfully answer incoming phone calls before voice mail picks up. Cheerfully greet all walk-in customers and assist them as needed. Route phone calls to the appropriate party as instructed. By 0930 daily, review and route voice mail received during off hours. Ensure the agent on phone privilege is aware of their duties and how to perform them. Ensure at least five new agent folders are available at all times. Ensure all required forms are in stock at all times. Manage the electronic document repository. Know and understand the phone systems and recommend new ways to use it more efficiently and effectively. Ensure computers and peripheral devices remain up and operating by performing basic maintenance and reporting more difficult issues to appropriate repair personnel. Continually look for ways to assist other administrative support personnel in their duties. Take every opportunity to improve the quality and efficiency of the services provided. Identify and recommend to management training that will enhance your ability to perform your duties. Be prepared to execute other administrative duties as required.

High School Diploma or equivalent required
College degree a plus
Good understanding of standard office productivity software and hardware
Comfortable using Internet tools and electronic communications

Experience with multi-line phone systems preferred
Real Estate office experience preferred
