After over twenty years of marriage, Janice and her husband Abhay maintain, “Our Home has always been a Top Priority. Our home along with our Faith sets that solid foundation on which we continue to build our lives together.”
After over thirty years in the Apparel Industry, traveling both internationally as well as domestically, Janice understands the importance of trust, reliability, and one’s integrity. She understands the key role that these qualities play in the way we conduct ourselves in the business world and how we live our personal lives. She says, “My parents taught me this from a very young age, so for me these characteristics are like breathing. Business or personal life, it is really all the same for me.”
When Janice and Abhay’s only granddaughter, Camryn, was born in North Carolina in 2007 they quickly reassessed their priorities. They made the decision to move back to the East Coast and to be in South Carolina before Camryn turned one. Two weeks before her first birthday, they made it. “Coming back home was easy,” Janice said. She was born and raised across the state line in Lake Hartwell, GA where she lived with her son Chad until 1987. For the past eight years she and her husband have enjoyed spending time with Chad and his wife Marsha and watching Camryn grow, change, learn to swim and explore activities from t-ball to volleyball. “It’s all been so worth it.”
“We moved to Greenville South Carolina in 2008 for a better quality of life and to be closer to family; so transitioning into Real Estate and working with people to help them find that perfect home is a great fit,” Janice says.
Janice and her husband have owned several homes across the country and understand firsthand the significance of a strong Real Estate Agent in your corner, working for you whether you are buying a new home or selling a home in order to move to that next chapter in your life. Your Real Estate Agent is the link to guide you there. She knows that the right neighborhood, school district, proximity to hiking or golfing, location (lakeside, countryside, or city) as well as that special rocker for your front porch or that unique paint color for your rooms all combine to make a home special and yours.
